Jary Krauser approaches his work with open curiosity, creative energy, and a well-honed strategic sense. For -30 years, he has been the driving force behind StratusG, building a team with a targeted biotech skillset and a strong belief in collaboration and completion. More than 100 clients have trusted him to give them direct and inventive guidance to address their challenges, solve their problems, and grow their companies.
As CEO, Jary focuses on ensuring smooth and satisfying customer experiences for new and continuing clients, motivating clients and consultants alike to think boldly, and leading his team to find innovative solutions to challenging situations.
His in-depth experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries coupled with experience in all phases of the product development pipeline from concept through research, development, commercialization, and beyond–has given him the insight and wisdom needed to partner with biotech leaders both in the U.S. and across the globe.
Jary serves on the board of Life Science Washington and as a mentor to MBA students at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. He holds a BS in Business Administration and Computer Science from Oregon State University, where he also ran track and cross country for five years. He is an outdoor enthusiast and still runs at least twice a week.

Tom DancsVP, Business Process & Systems Architecture
Tom is a Business Process and Systems Architect based in Seattle, WA and has over 15 years of process performance improvement and supporting IT systems design and implementation experience. He has worked primarily in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Software, and Retail Franchising industries within a myriad of transactional and manufacturing process areas.
Tom specializes in the facilitation of Lean project teams to help take them from the conceptual design of solutions to implementation and continuous improvement via Agile practices.

Anthony FlintVP, Client Operations
Anthony is a highly self-motivated, results-driven Information Technology professional with deep experience in Software Development, Business/System Analysis, & Application/End-User Support. His proven ability to transform business requirements into functional and adopted computerized applications has made him a critical consultant and contributor for high-profile technology initiatives.
He has a diverse portfolio of technical strengths including relational databases (SQL Server), front-end development (.NET, Java, APEX), system configuration & administration (Salesforce.com), data analysis & reporting (Sage, Conga Suite, Tableau, Excel), Markup Languages (HTML, XML, VisualForce, CSS), and Integration Software/languages (Talend, Web services).
An avid golfer, Anthony also served as the Lead Golf Coach and Associate Site Coordinator of First Tee of Greater Seattle – a community organization devoted to teaching life skills through the game of golf to inner city youth. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from the University of Washington where he studied with graduate level mathematics students and worked on projects including maximizing route efficiency.
